So I reach my target almost everyday, but I'm compelled to exercise more which takes me out of my target. Then I don't recieve a check mark showing I've met my target. Isn't part of moving out of the bronze stage and into the silver stage meeting your target 3 days in a row? But what if I'm burning more than I'm taking in? Isn't that what weight loss is all about?

I know the feeling. At my weight, a 60 min. cardio burn is huge - there are few days I'm willing to eat that much back. However, there's a balance you have to find for your body - because it needs to be fueled for that kind of effort. I add a "custom food" in the evenings called Exercise Effort just to get the positive reinforcement of the green chk., even though I don't eat these calories. It's just a way I've decided to track my efforts - keeping it all transparent so I can see what's working . . . you'll find what works for you.
