I didn't know you could reset your nutrional targets. I did. Blowing some of them out of the water. But mostly the bad ones: Cholesterol, Saturated Fats, Sodium...etc. This protein diet needs adjusting.
Life is so hectic. Love my kids but...the drive me up the wall. Mama wasn't kidding. Payback.
