Day 6

Monday, April 9th 2007

It is so much easier to stay on target on the weekdays when I plan out my breakfast and lunch. Though I am not getting enough protein. Well, have to plan out the rest of the week since I am on vacation the rest of the week.

Also happy, I went to physical therapy for the first time today, and though it was excrutiatingly painful, I feel better. I hope it ends up working out so I can work out again with only normal muscle pain. Played goalie at soccer tonight again, did pretty well. I ...

Day 5

Sunday, April 8th 2007

Last night I had plenty of calories going into a poker party even after having dinner. That let me just pretend I could eat almost anything I wanted. Once I start, it is hard to stop! On that note, I just recieved my official GMAT scores even though I already turned in my MBA application. I have to brag. I scored in the 83 percentile for the overal reading and math multiple choice sections and I earned a 6 ou...

Day 1 - Try 10? 11? 30?

Wednesday, April 4th 2007

How funny, I didn't realize I had posted such a similar blog back in February. See how well that stuck. At least my marriage is still hanging in there.

So, here I go again. Trying to start all over. Can most of us count how many times we have tried to lose weight? I lost 18 pounds 5 years ago. Then I put 26 back on. 178 - size 14/16 at the Loft (so really size 16-20). Glad to still be in a regular store, but I know that is just because they keep making their sizes bigger. 43 lbs to l...
