I'm not gonna write a lot tonight, but I did want to ask for prayers for me and my family. I'll be traveling to Washington, D.C. next week for work so I'll be away from my wife and kids for a week, which is hard for me. I know the week will go quick, but it's difficult being away for that long. I'm thankful that I only have to do this once or twice a year.
I am doing OK with weight loss. I did gain a pound from last week, but I'm not too stressed about it. I'll lose it next week. Gotta run, but let me say in advance, thanks for the prayers.

Hey Bro ... I will definetly be praying and if Dawn needs anything all she has to do is give me a buzz
:). The week will fly by and be over before you know it. -And as far as weight loss ..... brush it off and keep going. You have been doing great!!

Prayers coming right up! Just think of the peace and quiet you'll get to have. Remember, they are only a phone call away. They'll appreciate you even more when you get home.
