I woke up late again today. :bang: This is the third time in the last week. I know I probably need to rest, but I don't know how to get myself to do just that.

6:00 PM - 30 minutes TM Inclines (0 to 5.5%). 2 miles of Walking. (NO HRM) 300 Kcals.
