Pace: 4.0 MPH the entire walk
Inclines: 0% to 5% incline with increase .05% every 5 minutes. x 9.

8:30 PM - 92 mins. of P90X ( Day 4 of 90) Yoga (77 AVG - 98 MAX HR) 164 Kcals.

P90X Yoga was kinda of hard. I am so not flexable. This is one area that I need to work on. I was suprised that the DVD was over 90 mins. in duration.
