WORKOUT

9:10 AM - 60 minutes of Jogging - 5.5 miles (128 AVG - 151 MAX HR) 386Kcals.

11:55 AM - 60 mins of Stepmill - 5.44 miles ( 131 AVG - 145 MAX HR) 401 Kcals.
Breakdown: Level 4 for 4 minutes, then Level 7 for 2 minutes x 10 sets.

3:00 pm - 59 mins. of P90X (Day 34 of 90) Plyometrics ( 115 AVG - 134 MAX) 304 Kcals.
Since I got mixed up on week 5, I was looking in the Lean section of the book and on day 2 of week five it had me doing Stretch X, but I should have been doing Plyometrics. So today, I wanted to do the Plyometrics instead of the Kempo (Only because I really don't like the Kempo & love the Plyometrics.) Now I am pretty much back on schedule.
