Planned on doing P90X Chest & Back from Mondays workout & P90X Plyometrics but my DVD player was acting up. Just could not get it to play. I took me over 15 mins. to even get the DVD out of the machine. Very fustrating. Deside to head to the gym to at least get in some kind of workout. I really don't like being behind on my scheduled 90 day plan.... but as Tony says.....Do your best & forget the rest.
