I woke up late again today.

This is the third time in the last week. I know I probably need to rest, but I don't know how to get myself to do just that.
5:25 PM - 30 minutes on X-Ski Machine. (Level 5) Approx 2 miles. (NO HRM) 376 Kcals.
6:00 PM - 30 minutes TM Inclines (0 to 5.5%). 2 miles of Walking. (NO HRM) 300 Kcals.
