my old stomping grounds. It felt so familiar, but I am so different now that I'm not in my twenties.
167.8 this morning. Dipped under 168 thanks probably to my exercise. MY hr monitor is kicking my butt and my legs are very sore.
Did not have a lot of control over lunch... so i am estimating my calories for the day. Not sure if I had under or over estimated. Pobably overestimated...but maybe not because i am very full.
