I am brain dead. But let's see if I can get to the gym tonight. going over a bit each day on calories... so have to exercise it off. It's raining so I had to stay home, can't ride the scooter in the rain. BUt Jillian shred to the rescue. 28 min and 258 cals according to the hr monitor. Learning hr monitor program. at least it's 167 even if there is a .8 at the end !! It's still a very good number.
