Getting the hang of goals

I am getting better at setting goals and creating new challenges for myself instead of just putting down something very general that doesn't really relate to my ck process. Here is a perfect example:

Goal: See the scale tip below 167 at least once before next Saturday.

This is a perfect goal because seeing that number once is a prelude to going down a pound. And, since I am choosing to go more slowly, it can take a while to lose that pound but it is encouraging to dip down, even bri...

my old stomping grounds. It felt so familiar, but I am so different now that I'm not in my twenties.
167.8 this morning. Dipped under 168 thanks probably to my exercise. MY hr monitor is kicking my butt and my legs are very sore.
Did not have a lot of control over lunch... so i am estimating my calories for the day. Not sure if I had under or over estimated. Pobably overestimated...but maybe not because i am very full.

I am brain dead. But let's see if I can get to the gym tonight. going over a bit each day on calories... so have to exercise it off. It's raining so I had to stay home, can't ride the scooter in the rain. BUt Jillian shred to the rescue. 28 min and 258 cals according to the hr monitor. Learning hr monitor program. This is cool and gives me more goals that I can measure.

at least it's 167 even if there is a .8 at the end !! It's still a very good number.
