Today went well. Worked out at home in the morning 30min bike. Then, at gym 30min elliptical. ate healthy, wore pedometer and drank water. But, i didn't get in enough calories for that much activity and then got light headed after the gym, so ate almonds, felt better. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I have to pay attention to my food so much. It's like why do I have this problem. Why can't I be one of those people that can eat what they want and still be thin. So, we are starting our Loser club today and I am really excited. I am excited to see my friends/family in this w/ me together as we all need to get healthier, but also I have selfish reasons. This way, I am not alone in the effort and I have people to help me when I am frustrated and celebrate w/ me when I succeed. PLUS, I am going to whip their butts and win the money!

So, here goes another Monday. Have so much to do today that I'll have to do more later.

Today was better. Did the right thing and got up to exercise. Eating well, despite the fact that spent the day in much grande boring class. Excited about starting our loser club next week and I have to get the spreadsheet ready to help track it. I like the fact that I am the group leader as the responsibility pushes me to set a good example. I have tons of work to catch up and I am watching football which is my most favorite thing. So, better go.
So yesterday i learned or was reminded anyway that letting myself get too hungry leads to out of control eating. I ate a snack before working out, but my carb heavy lunch made me crash anyway when i worked out. Then I got home and was overly starved which led to cookie and candy. At least I was able to limit it. today i've done better, but didn't get to exercise since had to go to early meeting and sat all day in a class. So, in light of that I think I did ok. Should've skipped the Starbuck...

Well I just messed up and typed this whole long entry and accidently lost it all!!! Crap.
So yesterday sucked because I woke up late, didn't exercise, had a funeral, annoying lunch meeting, and dinner meeting after work. On top of that my favorite pair of shoes broke.
But, I made good choices all day like no bread at dinner, no potatoes, no dessert.

Waiter didn't tell me fish was covered in creamy sauce and I had to scrape it off.
