Thanksgiving Day

Well, so far I have stuck to my plan. Worked out 40 min, ate a sensible breakfast. Now my plan is to drink large glass of water and snack on a few nuts prior to the big meal. Hoping this will keep me from being overly hungry and better able to control myself. Make healthy choices and eat those yummy diet busters in small amounts. Will check in later on how the rest of the day goes.

Victory is mine! i am so proud of myself. After struggling w/ the weekend binging I did a good job this week. In spite of Bday party for my kids and the football game and the ever dangerous visit w/ family, I was able to lose a pound. I exercised on Saturday. Went w/ my cousin to his gym and worked out, even though he didn't. (he was watching his daughter's first basketball practice) I was able to go to the game and not get too crazy. I am feeling really down today. There is so much conflit at work. It is starting to wear on me. I am trying really hard to keep my personal feelings out of it, but I don't think my partner is. This is causing extreme trouble and I am worried that we'll end up losing my office manager who happens to be one of my closest friends. This is so dificult. Ok, so I am extremely stressed today. I feel totally overwhelmed and I can not get control of my panic. I have not freaked out and gone crazy w/ me eating...yet. :bang: Work is crazy. We had employees yelling at each other yesterday. Now they are all fighting and mad and one didn't come in this am. I HATE being a boss. Plus, my personal life is in chaos. Jacob's bday is Saturday. Today went well. Worked out at home in the morning 30min bike. Then, at gym 30min elliptical. ate healthy, wore pedometer and drank water. But, i didn't get in enough calories for that much activity and then got light headed after the gym, so ate almonds, felt better.
