Happy Hump Day! TRX Tuesday was a bust.:sad3: I went early and did 30 minutes of fatburn on the bike and ten minutes into the TRX while trying suspended planks…my back seized up, it was like a labor contraction in my lower back with a wave of heat rushing through.:bang::bang::bang: I dropped to my stomach, frozen on the floor with my feet still in the straps. When I tried to move my arm out from under me it only made it worse, I was brought to tears.:cry4: I laid there for 15 minutes before I was able to get off the floor with assistance then sat on a jump box for another 5-10 minutes before I finally was able to stand and take small steps. I walked in small circles and then my sciatica started acting up. I had walked to the gym and Elle has a sports car so I doubted I would be able to get out of it; she walked me home. My husband had to help me get undressed because I couldn’t lift my arms to pull off my shirt or sports bra…he had to help me wash my hair too. :sad2::sad2:

After my shower I did rotations of my T.E.N.S. machine and ice for two hours along with some Bayer Back and Body. I couldn’t cook so I ate one of my husband’s 240 calorie Cliff Bars and a piece of toast for dinner…thank goodness I power ate all day because it was training day. I finally fell asleep around 11pm and woke up this morning feeling much better but a little tender. I have the bone density test this afternoon and thankfully a Chiro Appt right after. I’m hoping they will give me a CD of the bone density test before I leave; I already have the spine x-ray on CD and would like my Chiro to see them both today. Elle thinks we should cancel training tomorrow to give my back a rest since every movement will tighten my back. I wanted to see how I’m doing and what Dr. Ted (Chiro) says…but sadly I think she is right a few days rest could do it good.:sad3::sad3:

Onto the positive things…I’m down 2 oz this morning.:y: I’ve lost a total of 10.3 lbs since joining CK and 5 lbs the week before joining, so I’m down a grand total of 15.3 lbs since May 4th!:thumbu2::thumbu2: Something occurred to me while writing this…that equates to 53,550 calories burned and eaten to have been 15.3 lbs overweight. Hmmm…I still have like 59 lbs more to lose…that’s an astonishing 206,500 calories I over-indulged in, in the first place. That’s crazy!:bang::bang::bang: I was sure having fun stuffing my face and now it’s time to pay the piper right!

I’m sure a lot of my back issue was the weight I was trying to hold up, I hold weight in my abdomen, buttocks and thighs…honestly I’m round everywhere but they are my BIGGEST parts.

I need to lose 60 pounds for my 1st goal, 160 pounds:cross3:
I'm round too, my chest, waist and top of my hips are all the same size
then i have little legs, God know how they hold up all this weight????
