Good morning. I saw my Chiro (Dr. Ted) last night and I have a few issues; a disk that slid forward slightly, another that is severely compressed and some degeneration and it looks like I may have some osteoporosis but he wants to see the bone density report to confirm. He recommended cancelling tonight's workout with Elle, only doing the bike and fat burn. He also put a halt on the TRX and certain other exercises for a few weeks:( :( :(

I have to just tighten up on my calories, make every bit of nutrition count...diet is 80% of weight loss, so if my exercise is restricted for a few weeks then I will focus on what I can control...what I eat.

In the past i would have given up (for a while before trying again), I will NOT let this beat, deter, discourage or stop me...I WILL conquer my weight problem. Every set back just makes me more determined to push forward, modify if necessary, dig deep and push on!

Gosh thank you so much for your comments. And you are spot on (reduce calories when exercise is reduced). Also I have back issues/osteoporosis and possible disc degeneration (and that's why I haven't been exercising). So your blog more than resonates.
