Good Morning. Im down a few ounces...weighed in at 208.6 this morning so I guess its a good thing. Its down 3oz from last week after gaining back 1 lb 8 oz AFTER the cleanse. Ive changed up my diet a bit as well, trying to get more fat
I know it sounds crazy trying to lose weight why on earth would I eat more fat
I think my body needs it. So Ive decided to make a breakfast guacamole (1/2 avocado, diced tomatoes, crushed red pepper, kosher salt (pinch), lime juice, black pepper and ¼ tsp olive oil) and spread it on toasted Ezekiel bread. It is very filling, stuffed with whole grain, protein, fiber, veggies, fruit and good fats all in one.

I will have this for breakfast on my training days which are today and tomorrow this week.
I also was shopping for a new multivitamin; I was using the gummies because they were easier, not necessarily better. I stood in the vitamin section comparing labels (like I knew what I was looking for); to my surprise all are not created equal. My beloved gummy vitamins didnt stack up so well. I ended up getting the One A Day, Womens Active Metabolism because it had vitamin B6 that is needed to absorb the 250mg Magnesium I now take daily and only 300 mg of calcium. Because I eat better now, I get enough calcium in my diet and the GI doctor said studies show too much can not be absorbed, instead it builds up in the arteries and who wants that!

Look me rocking this new lifestyle LOL

Dinner last night was braised sesame ginger chicken thighs, sesame ginger rice pilaf, sautéed bok choy in a Mirin, liquid amino & garlic broth. It was something different, tasty, very filling and husband approved.
Im feeling pretty good today, I did the colonic massage before I went to bed last night and slept heavy (waking only because I drank too much water before bed). I had trouble falling back asleep (thinking about work projects) and was a bit tired this morning but thanks to my super breakfast I have tons of energy now!

So off to work I go
wonder which of the seven dwarfs I would be now
used to be grumpy so I guess I would be happy.

The quote that spoke to me today
If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if I may not have it at the beginning. ~ ~ Mahatma Gandhi
WE CAN DO IT
Hope we all meet our food and exercise goals today.
Have a great day!

That super breakfast sounds delicious! I will have to try it some time. Also, your dinner sounds yummy too! You inspired me to get some bok choy for dinner this week!
