Good morning! Its very busy around here, lots of traffic, a steady whoosh of vehicles passing by, not so rhythmic like it usually is. I've been up for a while, took my medicine (has to be on an empty stomach 30 mins before the first meal), so far no major signs of side effects other than feeling a little dehydrated and slightly tired but I think one causes the other, so if I increase my water it shoukd help. And YES first day on the medicine and it did its job...I seriously think its a nerve issue...I will need to push for the the GI dr to order the MRI when I go back to her in August.

I weighed in at 208.1 this morning YAY! Hopefully it will continue to go down. I didnt go t the gym last night, instead I went to the movies with a friend and saw LUCY...it was OK. It kept our interest but left us wanting a better ending...the entire theater audience had the same reaction, disappointment, some were like I don't get it...the couple next to me was asking for their money back ( doubt it since they sat through the whole thing). I would wait for netflix or redbox, don't waste your money at the the theater. At least our tickets were free but I still paid $5.50 for a bottle of water, nothing else needed.

When I came home last night there was an ambulance a few houses down on the other side of the street, an older couple lives there, my heart sank. The ambulance was there for 45 minutes and left with no sirens. I hope they are both OK.

My grandson will be here soon so I better get going.
