View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day

Good morning. I won't be logging calories for the next week or so, well, maybe I'll try it but I saw my GI doctor yesterday and she put me on a liquid/pudding consistency diet until further notice. She said I can eat yogurt until my heart is content. Also allowed is hello (hate the slimey feel of it), pudding, ice cream, soup...you get it. To me this is dangerous for my weight loss so my plan is to do plain oatmeal for breakfast, a mashed banana and plain low fat yogurt for snack, soup and a yogurt for lunch, protien drink for afternoon and protien drink and yogurt for dinner. Then I'll figure out what to do for the rest of the week.

I have to do the "process" again, go for another abdominal X-ray Friday after work and follow up with her next week. I guess it could be worse, she cod have found something on the CATScan and didn't so I guess I'm lucky right? I'm a little down, don't feel so hot, very uncomfortable, worried about doing this without messing with my blood sugar too much and meeting my calories. Maybe I'll take some chicken or vegetable broth to work, I can sip it through out the day.

Don't feel like writing much today, so I'm going.

Have a good day!

hang in there!!! this is just a week:y:
find your resolve and let it the *situation* run it's course.....
I think drinking protein drinks are going to be key to keeping your
hunger down, I like a product called ISOPURE i get it at the vitamin shoppe
it's comes in 5 flavors not strong flavors either, more like a flavored water they are really lite
160 cals 40 GRAMS of protein!!! in 20 oz
it is one of my go to drinks it's not another *shake*

even adding a no flavor protein power in yogurt or pudding can also, be more satisfying, there :y:ae even some you can ad to soups that make soup alittle more hardy!

I hope you find the right combination to get you through the week
we are here for you if you need to vent....or even be scared it's okay.....
your spending another week in the *unknown* for your health!
good luck
