Good morning. I never thought I would really care but being on a liquid diet is making me crave foods that I can chew, nothing particular, almost anything solid. Lol

I'm also feeling very cranky and tired yesterday and today, not really sure how the remainder if the week is going to go. I stocked up on yogurt, soup and pudding last night and found recipes for stage 3 baby food last night that I can make using my cuisinart food processor, the recipes are for family and then you run a portion through for baby. It's an app I found in the apple App Store, has stages 1-3 and other recipes like appetizers, sides, main dishes, spice blends, etc. I figure it's worth a try.

I hope everyone is doing well, at least better than I am right now.

UPDATE.......

I decided to track or try to track calories today because not knowing is just too dangerous and well i was right very dangerous!!! I've had a cup of coffee with 2tbsp of 1/2 & 1/2, a protien shake with 2% milk for lunch, (2) sugar free (92g each) pudding cups for snack, a greek yogurt and another protien shake for lunch and I only have 200 calories left for the day.

I will need to plan tomorrow's liquid diet out better...I guess i can have greek yogurt and a pudding cup for dinner :(

I love this soup: one potatoe, one carrot, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 onion, 1 zuchinni, cover with water (and equal cups/boullion cubes) or chicken stock and salt. Boil for 15 minutes, then puree in the blender. If you have extra calories, melt a pat of butter in the bowl. Everyone in my family loves this because it's so healthy, but decadent at the same time! Enjoy!
