View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
I'm still here, haven't been tracking calories but have been at least trying to make "healthier" choices although I'm sure my calories are way under. I'm also trying to stay mindful of portion sizes, this is just the best I can do right now. I'm struggling to function, to move on, to pick up the pieces and step forward, I'm stuck and I know it's not good but I'm trying.
I'm trying to find the strength I once had but I feel so broken.

Cindy..it sounds like you find yourself in a bit of a crisis..please know that you aren't alone..all of us at one point or another have found ourselves feeling overwhelmed with despair..but you have strength in the love that you have between your family members..whatever you are going through..it shall pass and you and your loved ones will be better for it.

although our situations are different, I feel much the same way. The hits just keep on coming and I am lifes punching bag.
