View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
Well I haven't logged but at least I'm measuring and planning...calories should be ok cause I've been eating same meals as before. I must get back on track with logging. I lost 2 oz and I struggled to get that but I have t been tracking calories. Still struggling with things in my personal life, I'm coping better but it knocked me down for a little while but I'm getting back up and will push through that's thats what I do.

Take some time for you if you can. Easier said than done, but just take a moment to breath and paint your toes it helps

stress can cause weight gain, my doctor said it has the same impact on your body as taking steriods. Take care of you.
