Its Monday, the optimist in me says its a new day of a new week and a new beginning but then the pessimist in me says what is coming today and what else will go to hell this week. I hate being so conflicted and the negative energy is taking its toll on me.

I've been trying to look on the positive and there is one, a huge one that seriously makes everything else insignificant but I still feel the stress of the situation.

I'm hoping for a better day today.

Ok so some other weight related things to be grateful for to help boost my mood:

My thighs don't rub together as badly so no more danger of starting a fire lol
I can lay on the floor, chase and play with my grandson easily.
I can walk up and down steps without getting out of breath.
I can walk period without getting out of breath.
I have less knee pain.
I have less back pain.
My breast no longer roll onto my neck when I'm sleeping.
I no longer have sleep-apnea.
I have more energy.
I can fit into a lot of my older clothes.
I reduced my risk of diabetes and heart disease.
I will live longer.
I am more comfortable in my skin.
My skin, hair and nails have improved.
I am stronger.
I walk taller.
I smile more. (Yes even with everything going on)
I seem to handle stress better and different than before - I'm not using food to cope.
I like who I see in the mirror.
I'm more productive at work and home.
I'm a more forgiving person.
I get less headaches.
I fit in the single chairs with arms at the doctor's office.
I am an overall healthier, happier person.
I love me again.
