It's Monday morning, a new day, a new month and only 23 more days until Christmas....where did this year go?

I haven't logged calories in a few months but I have been eating the same as I was when I was making my target calories and logging daily and I'm loosing slower but not really gaining (maybe a few ounces here are there, then loosing it again). This is proof that this system works, we will not have to log forever to maintain, but we DO have to pay attention to our portion sizes and learn while we are logging to be successful long term. I will return to logging as soon as things settle down a little for me and it's not an excuse, I'm doing ok but I'm not yet where I want to be and I know buckling down with logging, hitting my calories and my training together will get me there but right now I have to get through this crap in my life. Just a slight detour on my journey but I'm not stress eating so it's all good...I'm changing how I react to my triggers which is just as much a part of my journey as losing weight is.

I think 2015 will be the year i am completely reborn into a healthier me emotionally, mentally and physically.
I think it will be the year I bury all the things that weighed me down, letting go and rising from my own ashes to really LIVE.

Time will tell.
