I'm still hanging in at 177.1 lbs, just 2oz away from the 176's OMG! I can't believe how much My body has changed since June when I started training with Elle, she have given me back quality of life by showing me how to take control, modify and moderation of both my diet and exercise.

She changed my workout again Tuesday, same exercises just different ways to do the same motions and get the same reaults. It started when people were on the cable machines she wanted me to use, so she decided she would show me how to improvise using free weights to accomplish the same thing...it was actually harder but now if something is being used I have an effective plan B which always keeps me in control of my workouts.

We do our official weigh and measure in two weeks...I hope to at least be 175 ish by then. I'm finding the weight is coming off slower and it's becoming harder to get my heart rate up as I get closer to my goal which means I have to dig deeper, focus more and push harder.

My new mantra is from the new movie Unbroken, "If I can take it - I CAN make it!"
