View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day

It's Training Tuesday and I need it so badly. I've been so drained lately, outright exhausted and trying to figure out why until this morning while in the shower, it hit me...SUGAR!!! Over the past couple weeks I've had "in moderation" (with the exception of my one stress eating day where I caught myself) candy and cookies from the holiday gifts being sent to the office. I just can't do sugar, I don't eat that way normally (anymore) and it really has a negative impact on my energy, mood and ability to think clearly. So I' decided I'm sweet enough...I loaded up with fresh fruit, celery and chunky peanut butter (for the crunch). I also realized I haven't been drinking enough water either. Today will be a better day and a day of actions with awareness.

I can't do sugar either. It's an addiction for me, seriously. A company my husband deals with sent a Christmas package to the house. The only thing I was tempted by were Bullseye candies. I haven't had them in forever, and 1 surely can't hurt? Right? Nope! I found myself craving them and had to quit because my 1 a day became 5 a day very fast.

It is the #1 thing i have dropped from my diet in the last 3 months, it has made a huge impact on my weight lost 7.7 a month since dropping sugar and bread!!!!(and for the month of Dec i dropped beer and alcohol which has boosted me to a 8.3 pound drop a month)
WATER.. I can't get enough lately either, colder weather?
