TGIF!!! I DID IT! I stuck to my healthy diet yesterday even though more of my favorite treats and an entire catered lunch if Italian dishes, pastas, marsal, etc., was delivered to the office yesterday. I did take a small plate of green salad and put a tablespoon of eggplant rollatini on top as dressing and ate my planned lunch. I did notice I was grumpy by the end of the day, probably sugar withdrawals.

My weighin and measurements with Elle was ok, because of my 5 lb weight gain over the past two weeks I'm only down 3lbs since the last weighin but oddly enough I'm down a total of 8 inches...I'll take it! Most of that was in my thighs, I lost 3 inches in each thigh which is fantastic since they have always been a problem area for me.

Today I will build on yesterday's success practicing self control again because I CAN!

sugar is :evil:
in my 28 pound loss over all nobody can see it (sadly) but, the inches i have lost
so far are a little more than 3 inches around my armpits, and 2.5 in my neck
i was carrying alot of weight there i so can feel it gone when i sleep
and 1.5 in my thighs and 1 in my calves, NONE in my belly :(

Good Job!

I ended up caving to half of a doughnut yesterday at the office. Luckily the other half was already gone or I probably would have gone back for it! :tongue8:
