View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
So the hubby and I went out for dinner for our wedding anniversary, it was nice. He had a seafood pailaya (spell check?) I had a house side salad with citrus vinagrette, yellow tail snapper w/ pimento olive and tomato salsa, black beans and yellow rice over plantains. Turns out I don't like snapper so the black beans served as my protien in lieu of the snapper and why I ordered the salad...just in case I didn't like it. I also skipped the alcohol and went for the Perrier water. I was satisfied because the salad was so light and refreshing...I basically had a vegetarian dinner since I didn't eat the fish.
I'm down another pound on the scale this am YAY! Almost back to where I was on Dec 7th...that is my immediate goal, once I get there I will set a new goal. I have been thinking about it and I just want to be able to wear regular shorts this summer, I already told Elle I need to work my legs hard especially the inner thighs because there is still what I call "fat ripples" on the inner thigh. My legs have always been thick but now I can actually see the slender muscle underneath of the extra stubborn fat. My workout pants smooth everything out, hold the fat tight in the inner thigh so my legs look better than they are. Elle said I have to be patient because with the limitations from my spine and previous injuries it will take a little longer because alit has to be modified and it takes me a little longer to build up to each level because of the issues. I can do it, just I need to be patient, consistent, persistent and methodical in the movements. She compared it to a rickety bridge over water, to get to the other side, I have be careful about the steps I take, crossing slowly to ensure my safety. Miakes sense to me.
Anyway, time now to go burn some calories mopping and cleaning the house, hopefully moving furniture around today as well if all goes well.
Great quote...

Have a great Sunday.

I'm surprised you didn't like the snapper if you like other fish. It's generally a very mild fish. My husband will eat most salt water fish but won't eat fresh water because it tastes "fishier". Maybe it was how it was prepared?
