View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
Yesterday I tracked calories and it helped me stay in check for the most part. I did really well all day then came home had a big glass of eggnog and then realized I didn't account for those calories, after recording them I did make a very sensible dinner choice but the damage was done...way too much sugar. I stayed in my calories but the the rest was a hot mess. I'm trying to do better today. I'm measuring so I can do better and get back to basics. More later...
Well, I'm back. I'm home today with a migraine so cereal and coffee was all I could muster for breakfast and lunch but I'll do better for dinner, I probably won't do well with protien, fiber and sugar but I won't overeat my calories. Tomorrow is another day, just being mindful of portion sizes and logging is enough of an accomplishment for now.
