View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day

Well...up again :( It's my own doing, I didn't drink enough water yesterday and had fake (baked) fried chicken thighs with french fries for dinner; I know it was bad but I was craving fried chicken and it was the lesser of the two evils and yes I could have and should have passed on the fries. So today I have to do better and I will.

I'm not stressing about this, I will just have to put in the work to correct my error in judgement and actions. I am taking responsibility for my actions and accepting them plus acknowledging that I can recover from them and do better. Let's face it, it's only 3 lbs ,but still that's 10,500 calories and I know I didn't overeat by that many calories, so logic would indicate it's water weight. That's how I will look at any gain moving forward.

I feel so much stronger today, my mid section look smaller too, not a lot but it does appear to be a little more cut in at the sides...I'm think I'm beginning to get an hourglass shape back. I really do have to go clothes shopping, I desperately need tops that fit my now smaller bust and overall shape. I can still wear my old sweaters but they are starting to hang and look a little sloppy...it's time. I want to be able to wear shorts this summer, not knee length but regular shorts and without feeling subconscious about my legs. I'm a third of the way there...from the knee down they are very nice and toned but my thighs are stubbornly holding fat pockets that I intend on melting.

I've decided to set up a circuit at my house taking advantage of the stairs as part of my cardio, I will start in the living room with resistance bands for rehabbing my shoulders and then go upstairs where I'll place the BOSU to do hammer curls and tricep pulses. Then I'll go back down stairs and maybe do some squats and knee lifts using ankle weights, then back upstairs for toe taps on the BOSU and then back down to repeat. I'm not looking for a gym quality workout here only 30 minutes of something to burn an extra 100 -200 calories. I have steps why not use them to help me right?

Well, it's time to go...but first a happy thought...
