View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day

My Grandson slept over last night so in case the roads were bad this morning his Daddy wouldn't have to worry about driving with him this morning.he was ready for sleep before his Mommy and Daddy were ready to leave, I laid him down and he curled up with his blanket and was out within 5 minutes. He slept through the night which apparently he doesn't do for them. He woke up at 5:30 am wet and thirsty and then ate a little yogurt and wanted to go back to sleep...he's been Sleeping for the past 45 minutes.

I had training last night with Elle and she killed me as expected. My legs and glutes are killing me so bad...the muscles are screaming. I'm sure it sounds weird but I feel so alive. I'm excited to see how my body reshapes in the next few weeks. I have a baptism for my great, great, nephew next month and honestly I'm actually looking forward to shopping for a new outfit. Normally I hate to shop but I think it might be...dare I say...fun...this time. Part of it is I'm going to make the outfit killer...mostly for my husband who has always seen me as sexy regardless of my size, but I like to kick it up a notch when ever we go out just for him. My outfit will be classy, church appropriate but I will make sure I look and more importantly FEEL good instead of settling for something I hate just because it fits better than the other 100 things I tried on. I can't believe I'm actually a little excited about shopping because anyone who knows me knows I love to shop for gifts for others but hate to shop for myself.

I want to clean out a upstairs room and reorganize a designated space downstairs as a play area for my grandson, complete with a toy box, book storage and play mats. I want him to have a space of his own here.

Well, little man is starting to Stir so I'm going to go but first some positivity...
