View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
So happy it's wednesday! Walked into a break room full of chocolate cake, cookies and other various treats from someone's family party over the weekend...the table is covered! I thought it was safe now but I was wrong! I have decided before I go back I would lookup the calories for what I saw and you know it really helped me knowing...the temptation just wasn't there anymore. Thank goodness.
I'm trying to get back to cooking more, eating fruit and yogurt as snacks or breakfast...basically doing what I sid before when I was having a lot of success. I know partly why I'm stalled is because I don't have as much to loose as I did before, I have about 25 left and I know from past experience it will be the hardest to get off. That's okay, I'm in this for the long haul and I'm not giving up. I am following my dream for a healthy me.

I like the idea of looking up the cals to help keep your resolve
i'm going to have to try it!!!!
I know that i'm going good with the weight loss, i know the getting under 170
(about 12 more pounds) is where it gets hard for me
but, i AM GOING TO BEAT IT THIS TIME!!
not sure what the difference is this time with my weight loss, i feel so much better and it's changing my life i can't wait to lose more
