Slept pretty well last night after taking NightQuil, it provided just enough relief to be comfortable and sleep. Still don't have the lung capacity I did, deep breaths seem a little labored...if no improvement by Wednesday I'll have to go to the doctor.

I hate feeling like this, I think I may cancel training tomorrow and just go ride the bike at a leisurely pace to open up my lungs if I have the energy. I know I'm sick and probably should go to the doctor today but I can't tonight.
