I've been up since 4:20 am, unable to sleep, severe pressure in my right sinus and even my top teeth hurt on the right, I feel like crap and although I really can't afford (time wise) to stay home today, I know I have to see the doctor because I feel so much I'm afraid it may be a sinus infection since my teeth are so badly on that side and nothing seems to be helping.

I'm not sure I'm going to make my great great nephews baptism Sunday, I'm not going if I don't feel 100%. I feel like I could sleep for days...if I could just fall asleep.

I have to make the most of resting today cause I have to go to work tomorrow no matter what.

Going to try to rest a bit before my doctor appt.
