Home sick second day with a sinus and upper respiratory infection. My ears are clogged, my right sinus is putting so much pressure on my eye and teeth that my eye feels like it's going to pop out and my top teeth hurt so badly I slept (what little I got) with an ice pack on my face.no training for me tomorrow :-(

I hate feeling this way, I'm also feeling very dehydrated despite drinking 80oz of water yesterday, must be the medicine. I am trying hard to rest and eat clean to nourish my body, I have a tendency to not eat when I'm sick because I loose my appetite and would rather sleep. I feel like a mute, as long as I don't speak or move to quickly the coughing doesn't stir up, so I stay mostly still a quiet.

Okay feeling tired again, time for a nap.
