View THEFATCHICK's food & exercise for this day
I've been off the program (logging wise) and have maintained 170, because I'm getting close to the weight I was when I trained with the trainer in 2006 and then gained it all back I'm trying short periods of not logging but still weighing to see if I can maintain based off of good habits I've formed and so far so good. Now it's time to kick it up a notch...13 weeks until my trip and I want to be as toned as I can. I have to buckle down and focus, get my tunnel vision back regarding my dedication to my well being. I'm going to try and pick up an extra day of training (without Elle) with the goal to burn about 1000 extra calories.
My pouch is shrinking, I can actually feel muscle behind it now, not sure if it will ever go away 100% because it's been there so long but it is much better than it was before so that's progress. I'm loosing my front butt haha!
I've been doing some of the a work Elle has me do on my own at home and I feel the difference, my abs are always pulled in without even thinking about it. It's automatic now, maybe it's just how they are now.
Even my legs are stronger and i feel the muscles, the strength in them all the time now. It's weird living in this stronger body, makes me wonder how I allowed myself to be so soft, weak and unhealthy for so long. I wish I had remembered what this body felt like and got back to it sooner. But I'm here now, moving back in, sorting through my baggage and leaving the trash at the curb. I truly feel reborn, rejuvenated, empowered and alive.
