Good Morning. It’s been a while. I haven’t been doing so well with food and haven’t been training in over a week…I have been a bad girl. :sad3:

I know what I need to do…why I’m not just doing it is stupid!!! I have to get my ass in gear!!! My trip is coming up in just three weeks and I was hoping to be back down to 170lbs but at this rate, I doubt it. I haven’t stepped on the scale in days either. I’m seriously lacking in willpower lately.

I’ve been training for a year already but the past 2 months I have been slacking so badly. I have to figure out why. Why am standing in my own way?

I’m picking up my Grandson this afternoon, he’s staying the weekend…I am so excited about that!!! I’m sure he’ll keep me plenty busy too. I may take him to the Cape May Zoo tomorrow, depending on the traffic and weather. He is such a little man now. My daughter just dropped off his stuff and when I walked out of sight he would start to cry. She had to pull away and I could hear him crying…I felt so bad.

We have a family BBQ to attend Sunday after my grandson goes home; we are taking the motorcycle so we can leave early. I know it sounds bad but my family is huge and the goodbyes take a while, if we’re on the bike they won’t try to keep us from leaving before dark and it’s about 45 minutes away through heavily wooded and deer populated area.

I hope they let us out of work early today; sometimes they do before a holiday weekend. I only slept three hours last night, I can feel my body crashing and screaming for rest but that’s not going to happen once I pick up my grandson LOL.
