Last night was our local Relay For Life, my company has had a team since 2003 and I had to go, I only made it a few hours but I went and supported a great cause.

I received a disturbing email from my coworkers yesterday with their account of what happened to me during the seizure and it freaked me out. They said I seemed to stop breathing and when they rolled me on my side I made deep gurgling sounds, plus the convulsions and foaming at the mouth. I can only imagine how scared they were but because of them I am here to tell the tale. They took care of me and helped me through it safely, protecting me and getting medical help for me...I will forever be grateful.

I have the MRI and neurologist on Monday, I'm hoping for some insight and feeling stronger each day. I get a little cocky, do too much and then im so tired for hours...that's the biggest lesson to slow down and enjoy my family.
