So the hubby and I went out for dinner for our wedding anniversary, it was nice. He had a seafood pailaya (spell check?) I had a house side salad with citrus vinagrette, yellow tail snapper w/ pimento olive and tomato salsa, black beans and yellow rice over plantains. Turns out I don't like snapper so the black beans served as my protien in lieu of the snapper and why I ordered the salad...just in case I didn't like it. Good morning. I never made to Victoria secret last night, i became very tired and disn't want to drive 30 minutes at night there and then back for fear of falling asleep. Instead I stayed home and loaded 350 songs onto my husbands new iPod...I still have all the full CDs to do yet, he has over 100 CDs. Anyway I bought it for him for Christmas and since he's not good with computers I'm loading it for him. Give my husband can build the most beautifully crafted homes, etc., but is slowly letting me...

Today I had off and took advantage of it hitting the gym and having training early this afternoon instead of at 6pm...definitely a difference in my energy level. My right shoulder is really bothering me today so of course she had planks on the agenda. We had to modify them after the first set of 40 seconds followed by dips on the weight bench, my shoulder was getting irritated so she had me try holding the plank for 10 seconds and pointing my toes on one foot while lifting it off the floor - tal...

Happy new year! I feel like this past year flew by like a blink of an eye. So much happened; losing my Mom, my brother fighting for his life, the arguments with and within the family, my medical issues, work stress, events and other issues in my more personal life that all left me feeling broken and financial stress due to all of the above.
We all made it through the rough times into a new year for new beginnings and new chances everyday for positive change. I don't like to make resolution...

My sleep was terrible the past two nights and I'm exhausted. Tonight is training and I can't wait, I need it so bad, I feel soft, tired and I know I'll sleep good tonight after Elle kicks my butt.
