Good morning! I'm afraid my digestive issues have returned, so sad, disappointed and frustrated.
this time there are new issues, now when I eat, no matter how bland or how much I chew my food, my stomach gets upset after eating and I can not only hear it digesting but I can feel the intestine contracting while it pulls the food through on the upper left side. I haven't really tracked my calories since I started the liquid diet, must get back to that but I'm holding my weight and not gaining....

Oh it's Friday! Tonight I'm embarking on a mission that usually leaves me frustrated and upset...clothes shopping. I'm taking a good friend with me for support and to reel me in if I start to go to the dark side (lol) and she is a shopaholic. I hate clothes shopping, mostly because I'm so tall if I find pants that fit my hips, legs and abdominal area, they are usually too short or too tight in the legs or because my waist is way smaller than my hips, the pants gape in the back. Hey all! I'm a bit late today. Trained tonight, I made it back to the elliptical for 15 full minutes plus 15 minutes previously on the bike!!! YAY me!!! Elle kicked my a$$ from one end if gym to the other pushing me out of my comfort zone. I love her!!!I'm now watching the Biggest Looser and very disappointed there's no Bob and Jillian but the two new trainers seem good, I like them better already than I did Dulvet when he first joined because he made a comment about Bob I didn't like...he...

Happy hump day! Two more days left of this week and honestly I'm swamped at work so I need more hours yet I can't wait for the weekend. I am in a great mood though, I slept great last night but sadly I passed out 10 minutes into my favorite Tuesday night show Extreme Weightloss. I will have to watch it on demand so no spoilers please. I weighed this morning and I'm down a pound and ounce, now 194.1 YAY!!! I can taste the 180's, I'll use my super Fat Chick eating powers to gobble them up! LOL...
