cooking day

Wow! What a day already, dinnervis cooking, laundry going, fed the grand baby and waiting for him to fall asleep. Im making a pork loin, potatoes, babby carrots, and sauerkraut in the crock pot. Once he wakes up well go to the supermarket for chop meat (beef for the hubby and turkey for me) so I can make mini meat loaves that ill freeze for later meals or sandwiches. I hoped to have time to whip upba batch of turkey chili too but it it has to simmer for 3-4 hrs to really let the flavors marry.....

Good morning. It's raining here and probably will all weekend. The rain makes me tired, I love rainy day afternoon naps but I have my grandson today and tomorrow so he will keep me plenty active today playing.

Good morning! The sun is shining the birds are singing and it is a beautiful day! :kiss::kiss:

Last night was training with Elle and it was fantastic!!! We increased my weights again and I graduated from the recumbent leg press to the plated leg press (what the big boys and girls use), we added more challenging abdominal exercises and I held the elbow plank for a full 30 seconds (beating my last try of 26 seconds), this may not seem like a lot but with my back this is awesome!!! Reflection

Good Morning! I realized something this morning, I haven’t been eating the evening snack I record for the day (recorded the night before), it’s just a piece of dark chocolate at 60 cals but I use it to fit my fat and calorie targets plus it’s a sweet reward for being good. By forgetting to eat it, I’ve actually been at around 1295 calories but I’m satisfied after dinner. I thought I was hitting 1355 calories for the past few days but it’s actually been much lower.
