Happy 4th everyone! Yesterday was almost perfect, spent the entire day on the motorcycle with the hubby
traveling the back roads in the Pine Barrens at the Jersey Shore. The views were serene, thick canopy of pines, cedars, wildlife all around and then some areas with farms, horses (I love), quaint old homes, it was great! We made our way west, stopped at a Diner for lunch, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad (dressing on the side). This salad was HUGE and they brought me a gravy boat of dressing,...
Disapointment

Good morning. I saw my Chiro (Dr. Ted) last night and I have a few issues; a disk that slid forward slightly, another that is severely compressed and some degeneration and it looks like I may have some osteoporosis but he wants to see the bone density report to confirm. He recommended cancelling tonight's workout with Elle, only doing the bike and fat burn. He also put a halt on the TRX and certain other exercises for a few weeks

Happy Hump Day! TRX Tuesday was a bust.
I went early and did 30 minutes of fatburn on the bike and ten minutes into the TRX while trying suspended planks
my back seized up, it was like a labor contraction in my lower back with a wave of heat rushing through.
I dropped to my stomach, frozen on the floor with my feet still in the straps. When I tried to move my arm out from under me it only made it worse, I was brought to tears.

So today is the first day of a new month, a fresh start and TRX Tuesday! Tonight Elle starts to incorporate TRX and I am so pumped about it! The results are in and folks....we have a uterus and cervix! Doctor "S" walks in and tells me...like I didn't already know this... I was like I told you that and you said I didn't and that's why you ordered the test. Ugh!!! Doctors!!!I told her the bone density test is Wednesday and she says "I'm sure you have bone loss it's just a matter of if you have osteoporosis or not" and that "I will probably need to go on medication to prevent further loss".
