Bad Day

So, I had a really good day until I got home for dinner. I even took the kids swimming for an hour! So, my mom had made cookies and they were still on the cooling racks when I came in the kitchen. We had a good chicken hotdish thing for supper. Sometimes I feel as if I am not yet ready to take on the challenge of weight loss. I know that if I don't it will eventually kill me. I know the health benefits. I know how to do it. I know I CAN do it. I just don't want to. Take the last six weeks for example. I visited with the nutritionist. I started going to the gym more often. I ate right, for the most part. And then BAM! Loser 4

After watching the Biggest Loser - season 4 Marathon this weekend I am going to try to take a stand against my eating habits. Basically they suck and there is no reason that I should continue to let it. Yesterday I dropped the kids off at Sunday School and then walked for 35 minutes. Then I went to church, stopped at Wal Mart and went home. That's when the trouble started.... food food and more food. I hate weekends! So, I sucked it up and walked for another 45 minutes.

another weigh in day

So I actually weighed in twice today. Once at home (284) and once at the gym (288). Either way I have lost weight! I have definately gotten into a routine again. Shake in the morning, gym at lunch, fruit and/or salad after the gym, and a reasonable dinner. NO SNACKING AFTER EIGHT! Seems to be working.

I went with my mom at lunch today and we did some machines for about twenty minutes. I am picking up my son from football practice after work and they he wants to go and do some weigh...

weigh in day

So, I weighed in today and actually gained a pound. I can't say that I am surprised as I ate pizza like three times this week!

I am also disappointed that I don't get to see the dietician this week. I had to reschedule due to a time conflict with the kids getting to school. I don't know why I don't think of these things when I am making appointments. Although... gives me another week to lose weight beore I see her.

I saw my regular doc this week too to get a refill on my allergy ...
