Well, I am 5 weeks post op from a medial thighplasty (e.g. skin removal from inner thighs) AND I am sick and tired of being at home. Anyway, I'm not going to bore you with the details. Well the saga of staying at home recovering from surgery contiues. This one has really wiped me out. Needless to say, I've allowed my eating to get lazy. So, today is a new day and I'm starting off with a whopping 23g of protein for breakfast with a delicious smoothie. Here's the Recipe...
