It started out well enough until I decided to eat the protein bar from hell. It gave me such a sugar "crash" I ended up in bed half the day. I had it for breakfast and didn't realize what was going to happen. Anyway, I have felt like total crap all day. I thought going to the gym would make me feel better...all I did was feel agitated and impatient. I've been a

on wheels all day to my family. I'm so irritated and impatient it's not even funny. I ended up only doing 45 minutes on the treadmill and then walking home...I didn't burn as many calories as I would have. I didn't even do a wii fit workout or the Firm video that I usually do after the treadmill.
On the other hand...I did start running today and I ran for exactly 30 seconds on the treadmill until I lost my balance and fell off

That's when I quit and went home.
The new shoes are working out GREAT! my legs still hurt but not as badly as they did and they don't feel like someone is working them over with a 2x4. I go the chiropractor again tomorrow.
