View WHORLEDCRAZY's food & exercise for this day
I'm sleepy....if I go lay down I will not sleep tonight....I was awake all last night with a bed sharing 2 yr old and a snoring husband.....every time I would drift off I was either kicked or snored awake. I wish I had my own bed. I wish I had my own bedroom.....sometimes I want to take my studio and put a bed in there. Last night I was very tempted. Dh will hunt me down and drag me back to his man cave if I sleep else where. It causes serious dissent between us.
I'm so freaking sleepy I can't stand it. I thought I'd come here and get my mind off being tired....it's NOT working. I wanted to workout before I went to church tonight but I'll do it when I get back...right now I can't even think about that. I just want to sleep...ok....I talked myself into it...I'm going to take a nap.
MMMMM...there are roasting vegetables in the oven with fresh herbs and garlic...it smells so good. My stomach is growling..........
I worked out so hard yesterday, it felt so good. Did 3 miles on the treadmill and 3 on the elliptical.....did the C25K thing...sweat my ass off...drank about a gallon of water. Water never tasted SO good.....I try to push myself at every workout...but some days are better than others. I didn't struggle with myself to stay on.....just knocked it out. I love those days.
Had to wear a belt today. That's the first time in about 6 years I've worn one. My pants are just too big and my skirt that I put on is way loose. It's slow going. But the progress makes the wait worth it. My shoes are too big now. I was walking in them last night and stepped right out of them.
I've lost 31 pounds since February 15. Goody for me.

I have a snoring problem. Always have, since I was a little kid. My husband is a light sleeper so he will sleep in the guest room some nights. For us, the key to marital harmony is that we always start out in the same bed each night. We read for awhile and then fall asleep together. And then later if he needs to go to the guest room in the middle of the night, no worries.
Congrats on the weight loss! I can't wait until I can say that for myself.

Ahhhhhhhh YES my own room.I do have that. Its the Guest room and I've been known to sneak a sleep in there now and then. No dogs and Hubby(all of whom I LOVE very much).I can stretch out and just melt into sleepyland. I've learned its more common than we think with couples....so pursue it...its a SANITY thang!
