I'm not taking about money either.
I'm talking about the way we "spend" our calorie limt and how important it is to be "thrifty".
I rode my bike yesterday 14.5 miles and then did a two hour workout at the gym.....I wasn't careful about how much I ate in the morning before I started out and I only at about ANYTHING I could get my hands on.
This was awful because If I had been careful to eat morel to begin with then I wouldn't have wiped out during the workout and and then been so neglectful later on. In consequence I pretty much wasted all the time and energy I put into the whole workout.
So one piece of advice.....eat well..."spend" your calorie limit wisely. The rest of the day and night I felt awful and sick to my stomach with all the junk I wolf downed because I had gotten over-hungry and exhausted.
