This day was a long day but it was a good day.

We took the kids swimming today, it was so nice being out in the pool and the sunshine. Later we went to see Transformers 3...which was awesome. Very long movie. I ate way toooo much junk food and now I feel like complete crap. I was determined not to miss my workout so I worked out in my studio for about 2 hours. It was a hard, grueling workout. I've been working ab work all week. Everything from the neck to the tops of my legs hurts. But in a good way. By the time I was done, I wanted to fall over. Taking a shower was an ordeal because I was so freaking tired.

I've started back up with the firm and the wii fit which I love. I haven't done this in a while (a month or more at least) and before I was having trouble with push-ups and crunches, but now it's much easier to do with good form and I can do planks with no problem at all. I am still working on those full push-ups. My arms and shoulders are much stronger now and those are getting closer to achieving. I can't BELIEVE how much bike riding has helped to build my strength. Seriously I did not know it was going to such a great strength builder. It's awsome!

It's my belly that needs the most work so that's where I am focusing right now. I hope I can work most of it off, get some sleekness to my middle. I don't know yet how much surgery will play into it....hopefully not at all. Eventually I am going to need help with my chest because it looks like I have pancakes there. I'm not going to do anything until I am at goal weight and have maintained for a year.
