Exercise this afternoon: Walk 3.50 miles 58:50 (16:48/mile)
10 push ups, 60 crunches

Today the plan is to walk for 30-35 minutes and do some light weights or pilates afterwards.. Tomorrow will be another run day. I want to be smart with this and try to keep my knees happy. I feel good today after my run yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I'll pick up my speed a little bit!
