Okay, so I have found an event. My husband has agreed to run with me and my neighbor, Donna, will be running as well. Hopefully Michelle will be joining us walking or speed walking as she see fit. So I got an event to train for and this is the first step of getting into an exercise routing. Right now I"m just going to shoot for three times a week. For the first week or two.
