Okay I need to get more active. Today I'm going to run/walk 3.5 miles. Run 5 minutes, walk 1. I'm hoping using this method with keep my knees happy more than anything else. Okay, so I have found an event. My husband has agreed to run with me and my neighbor, Donna, will be running as well. Hopefully Michelle will be joining us walking or speed walking as she see fit. So I got an event to train for and this is the first step of getting into an exercise routing. Right now I"m just going to shoot for three times a week. For the first week or two.

Okay, I need to focus on what I want...to Commission in the Navy as a Nurse Corps Officer. What do I need to do....give myself wiggle room concerning height/weight standards. How do I do that?

1. Watch what I eat and stay within calories
2. Exercise at least 3x a week
3. Make better food choices

I need to find an event to train for. It helps to keep me motivated.

Hmmm....well I've been a little sidetracked lately. I'm going to switch my weigh-ins to Tuesdays. Things have been busy and I think we're done celebrating hubby being home. So It's time to settle back into my good habits and wean myself from the bed habits I've developed lately.

Work out is done! Did Taebo. I have to go to HR tomorrow, so I don't want to be sore and it's been over a month since I've worked out. So I did something easy today!
